Symbols of Hope in a Northern Landscape

Symbols of Hope in a Northern Landscape

Multimedia cross-generational installation focussing on symbols of hope embedded in the Northern landscape.

Yorkshire-based silk artist Jane Carlisle Bellerby and audio/visual producer Wilf Bellerby (RBprod uk) create an environment within Craven Arts House celebrating our rural landscape through sound, film and mixed media art, using ‘wish tree clooties’ as objects that serve to remind us of the power of hope.

Mother and son artists come together to explore soundscapes and visual responses embedding ‘wish tree clooties’ as symbols of hope within the rural landscape of Yorkshire.

The exhibition is free of charge and open to the public Wednesday to Saturday 11am till 4pm.

The event is finished.
